- Information you submit (denial letters, plan documents, clinical records, contact information)
- Account credentials needed to access the service

- Standard server logs (IP, timestamp, page accessed)
How we use it
To prepare your appeal letter and operate the Apellica service. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties except where required to deliver your approved appeal letter to your insurance carrier.
Retention
Case files are retained for the duration of your appeal plus the period required by applicable law. You may request deletion of inactive case files at any time.
